8 months and no progress at all
I started my stretching routine about 8 months ago and also just started doing kegels. Just measured the size at fully erect and it’s the same size. I didn’t gain even a bit. What happened? I’m not doing jelqs but just stretching. This is my routine.
After warm shower, I do 30 sec hold, up down left right straight down. And that’s about it. I just do 1 set of each. Should I do more?
