8 years no gain, advice on rethinking of routine

My advice would be to spice things up. 15 minutes of stretching is hardly anything. When I started to see growth, I was stretching whenever possible, for as long as I could. Yes, EQ will be affected from overwork, but for me the gains outweighed the EQ.

I also found that doing expansive work alongside elongation exercises did wonders. You can pump, and then stretch directly after. Slowly condition yourself for more advanced stuff, and then spike the intensity to “shock” your unit.

Don’t fall into routine. Keep your member guessing. Be dedicated, consistent, and most importantly BE SAFE.

It’s hard for me to resist doing some form of PE daily, but it seems like taking breaks is actually ideal for growth. It seems like I get the best growth from doing really small amounts of PE every other day, but it’s very hard to moderate when you’re making progress.

I also notice better results over time when the weather is hot.

I don’t really do jelqing anymore since it seems to build up too much collagen, is hard on the skin, and is hard on the hands.

I use a .5lb weight for hanging, which even worn for many hours doesn’t seem to produce loss of tug back, though can cause significant shaft pain over many hours. I attribute about 1” of my recent length gains to wearing it, often for 6+ hours a day (but not every day). I have abandoned the idea of stretching to fatigue since it seems counter productive.

I’ve seen good results at various periods in time from 20 minutes of pumping every other day at low vacuum (5 inhg), it’s just very hard to do that because a 60 minute pump is so easy and pleasant.

8 years is too long to see no results.
