Hello,
I am 38 and register here 2009 do PE and than stop. Begin stop do 2 or 3 month.

But now I do 9 month no result and my patient is empty.
This is my routine, what I do wrong.

First I do 3 month beginners routine than

Day 1 warm up stretch jelq
Day 2 bathmate
Day 3 off
Day 4 warm up stretch jelq
Day 5 bathmate
Day 6/7 off

30mg zink
375mg magnesium
800mg calcium
3000mg omega 3

Start 9th May 2018. 6.00” BPEL. 5.75 “ MEG. end-newbies: 19th Aug 2018. 6.75” BPEL 6.00” MEG. 20th Sept 6.9” BPEL 6.00” MEG. June 2019 7.25 BEL x 6.1 MEG with cockring on.

Target: An extra inch in length. No fancy car, just an extra inch in length.

Drop the bathmate. Only stretch and jelq and try 5 on 2 off, if it doesnt affect your EQ that much.

Also add more time to your stretching routine.

For how long do you stretch and jelq?

I don’t think that pumps work at all. This is what you should do for girth:

1. Do Kegels regulary because they will allow you to create a better expanision. I’m talking this from my own experience.

2.Ulis every second day for 10 minutes(1min x 10 sets).Over time you will need to increase time/pressure.

For length I think you should try extender with manual stretching.


Start September 2016: 6.2" x 4.6"

Current: 7.45" x 5"

Hoe much time do you stretch/jelq?

Did you try stetching and jelqing two days in a row and taking the third day off?

Did you try anything else, maybe another routine?

I stretch 10 minute. All direction and v stretch
Wet jelqing 10 minutes.
Bathmate 2x10 minutes.

After 3 months I have increased the intensity
10 min strecth 20 min jelqing and do size doctor for 3 hours every day.

When I see no result after that second 4 month I change the routine last 2 month for this routine what I have now.

When I see no gain I change the routine too much and fast, maby is the problem there?

Not sure about the “key” Mike. I have been doing 10 minutes no-blow-edging with a cockring 3 times per day (after 5 min wet jelqing). Some say just having your dick full all this time does it. See “makehergocrazy” thread too.

Did you try a decon?

I would do a decon for a month or two and start again at the newbie routine with light force and only 5 minutes stretches, you started from 10 minutes and thats a lot in my opinion.
