A Beginner's Questions

I believe I am taking my TP posting virginity with this post. Glad to be here.
Now, I have been curious about PE for a long time and have also tried to get going a bit, but I think it is about time I get answers for the questions that have been bugging me.
What would be a good starting routine for a beginner with a starting BPEL at 7” and about a month of inconsistent experience with PE? I think my penis can handle a little pretty, but for gods sake, I’d never want to ruin it!
What is the theory behind stretching and jelqing? Why is either important and what do they add to the equation?
What is the idea behind a warmup? Is a warmup also required if you’re going to dry jelq?
I am uncut and can dry jelq perfectly fine. What are the pros and cons of dry vs wet jelq? Can dry jelq completely substitute the wet jelq, or what would a good use for it be (if at all)?
Also, when jelqing, does the penis need to be slightly erect (say 40%) or so? What is optimal here?
