But since I mentioned Jelq and your worried about your veins, if your not irritating it I’d still go for Jelqing too.

7/ How much can someone expect to gain logically if he did this routine regularly for like 2 years and then how much to expect in 5 years. It’s not linear. Your penis has a coping mechanism, just like diminishing returns. The problem with manual stretches is the human component. Some days your hand gets tired, poor execution, inconsistent pressure. This is why when stretching no longer yields, we move to extending, hanging, pumping. Devices give better reliability or at least with Jelqing or Edging, you can increase the time and it’s less fatiguing on arms. Either way, I won’t discourage or overwhelm you by thinking you’ll be forever trapped in the room pulling your dick.
