Firstly, thanks for everyone who’ve been doing their best in here and helping each other!

I have a few questions though if you don’t mind me asking - I tried using the search bar but I couldn’t find what I was after.

Here are my questions:

1/ Can you I use stretching ( Newbie Routine ) Only ?

2/ What’s my erection level when stretching ? ( Of course after warming up! )

3/ Is it safe to use Kegel and Also Reverse Kegel.

4/ I often use Reverse Kegel and I can see 2 large vessels and also blue ones - is it safe ?

5/ What the extreme minimum of using Jelqing ( start with just 5 or 10 ? )

6/ Can you see gains with just Manuel Stretching ? It’s okay if takes too long… I don’t want to try any device or weight hanging. ( For safety… Thanks for understanding! )

7/ How much can someone expect to gain logically if he did this routine regularly for like 2 years and then how much to expect in 5 years ?

Hello, I’m assuming you are being true that you researched all this and are now asking about our own experience. I still think you need to research a bit more.

Here are mine:

2/ My erection level can go up to 30% very low for my kind of stretch
3/ For kegels, I don’t think you will ever do too much. Reverse, I have yet to do
4/ That does not sound safe at all, maybe that is not for you
7/ You may not gain anything at all but good EQ, There are success stories about 1/4,1/2 to +1 inches in 2- 5 years, that may or may not be you. What we do know is that it could happen for some and it is less likely or no injury at all if you trust this as a marathon. The only think you need to know about time is that if you are not willing to do this for life, maybe you should never start. You cannot put any time frame on objectives with PE.


Stop setting goals, set objectives without limitations.

5.5 NBPEL Start~~ 5.7 NBPEL- 2011 ~~ 5.75 NBPEL/ 4.25 EG 2012 (Stop 11 years- Started again 4/2023 same stats as 2012)

6.25 NBPEL / 6.75 BPEL / 4.75 EG (5 EG w/ C-Ring over ball & shaft) / Grower 4 FL - 4/2024 ~~ (Objective 6.75 NBPEL / 7.25 BPEL / 5.25 EG & Solid EQ)

I gained a significant amount of newbie gains just doing manual stretching. For the most part they were the dominant exercise I used at first. I also did jelqs, but not too regularly at first.

I would to manual stretches every morning and then did “bathroom pulls” whenever I could.

I added about 1/2 inch just doing manual stuff. I think these newbie gains are really just freeing up some of your natural size that is kind of trapped inside you. It makes the ligaments stretch which leaves to a longer length.

So in my opinion, manual stretches will help up to a point. If you reach a plateau and are no longer seeing gains then you might need to add additional exe.

Go slow. Take your time. Be consistent. Be patient. Don’t rush.

Gains and better EQ should follow.

Current (11/26/2024) BPEL 7.7” x MSEG 5.125”. Goal BPEL 8.0” x MSEG 6.0”

/ Can you I use stretching ( Newbie Routine ) Only ? Sure, but why leave jelq off the table? You could be leaving possible gains attributed to jelqing.

2/ What’s my erection level when stretching ? ( Of course after warming up! ) Low. Flaccid, I’m not sure if I’m giving you the right percent but I have pulled while semi erect but it’ll be uncomfortable and you don’t want to bust a vessel for that. So when you start getting erect, breathe so it can subside. Sure there are guys who can bend their dicks while erect, but your not auditioning for puppetry of the penis.

3/ Is it safe to use Kegel and Also Reverse Kegel. Definitely safe.

4/ I often use Reverse Kegel and I can see 2 large vessels and also blue ones - is it safe ? I have no idea what your talking about. Blue ones? Are we still talking about kegels or your penile veins? Kegels are muscle contractions, not fluid flow. If you can contract your erection and put a towel over your dick and make it go up, your kegeling fine. But since I mentioned Jelq and your worried about your veins, if your not irritating it I’d still go for Jelqing too.

5/ What the extreme minimum of using Jelqing ( start with just 5 or 10 ? ) Are we talking strokes or minutes? 10 min, or approx 200 strokes.

6/ Can you see gains with just Manuel Stretching ? It’s okay if takes too long… I don’t want to try any device or weight hanging. ( For safety… Thanks for understanding! ) Approx 3 mos gain on manual stretching. Results not typical

7/ How much can someone expect to gain logically if he did this routine regularly for like 2 years and then how much to expect in 5 years. It’s not linear. Your penis has a coping mechanism, just like diminishing returns. The problem with manual stretches is the human component. Some days your hand gets tired, poor execution, inconsistent pressure. This is why when stretching no longer yields, we move to extending, hanging, pumping. Devices give better reliability or at least with Jelqing or Edging, you can increase the time and it’s less fatiguing on arms. Either way, I won’t discourage or overwhelm you by thinking you’ll be forever trapped in the room pulling your dick. Start with newbie, get some good baseline growth, stick with it for as long as possible then people here can coach you to the next steps

3. Kegels are safe, you can use them during jelqing or pumping.

4. Safe. Kegels pump more blood info your dick. That means if you kegel while Jelq, the more intense jelqing or pumping will be. Add them im the future.

5. 10 jelqs at start are fine. When i started back in 2019, i did 10 jelqs on my first time. No need to rush. Take your time, first you gotta learn how to do it. Never Jelq past glans (stop your fingers before glans while jelqing)

The only main issue in my case - is that I need to:

2 - Find a good job and have some space and time to work on this.

Take time you need. Good thing is PE you can do when your on shower or while on bathroom, even if you end up with a roommate and you don’t have much privacy. You can do kegels while your driving or sitting and nobody would know. This is why manuals are great because you don’t need a device that requires space.
