Hi all. I’ve been doing PE for about 7 months now, and haven’t really seen much gains. EQ is definitely better, but I’m starting to wonder if my routine is flawed or maybe PE just doesn’t work for me. I started off slow for the first 40 days or so and now my routine consists of 15-20mins of jelqing, followed by 15mins of pumping with my bathmate. I usually take a day or two off during the week, so I’m working out for 5 days a week. I’m starting to see some discoloration, and a few stretch marks as well. What’s ironic is that after a workout, my penis used to stay fatter, with a nice hang longer than it does currently. It seems to turtle more quickly now than 2 months ago. This is confusing because I was under the impression that the flaccid hang stays longer and longer with time. What do you guys think? Any recommendations? Thoughts? Thanks.

Thanks for responding. I’ll lighten the pressure. How’s my routine? Should I take more days off during the week?

Try to switch to a 4 on 3 off week and see if that changes things. Sometimes less is more and sometimes more is more.you just need to find that sweet spot. Like titleist said. Ease up. You can’t force gains. You can only force an injury.

I would recommend a 2 days ON 1 day OFF routine also decrease the jelqs by 5 minutes :)

I feel the need to echo the too much force idea..

Take two weeks off and start fresh.
Remeasure before you begin again.
