A quick question about dry jelqing for a beginner

Is it true that dry jelqing produces more pressure than wet jelqing? I am on the 1st or 2nd week of following the newbie routine and find that dry jelqing really fatigues the penis, albeit in a good way, although bordering on excess. I perform 200 repetitions. The following day feels like it might bring on pain if I attempt another set of 200. I don’t plan on wet jelqing since I’m not willing to put up with the mess (also I am stealth PE’ing) and I am uncut. However, I feel I might have to adjust the number of jelqs from 200 to 100-150 or something like that for sustainability’s sake, at least to start off with. What changes do you guys recommend in this regard, especially those who strictly dry jelq as opposed to wet? Thanks in advance.

200 dry jelqs at the second week of your newbie routine are too much for sure! Normally is recommended to start around 30, in first place because you’re really risking an injury to your penis; in second place because if your penis will adapt itself to this routine quickly will be really difficult for you to grow in the future. In my opinion you should pause for a couple days and restart from a decreased number of dry jelqs paying attention mainly on the execution of the exercise.


Start: 19/11/2015 NBPEL: 15cm (5.9); BPEL: 16,5cm (6.5); MSEG: 12cm (4.7)

Now: NBPEL: 16cm (6.3); BPEL: 17,5cm (6.9); MSEG: 12,0cm (4.7)

Goal: NBPEL: 17cm (6.7); BPEL: 18,5cm (7.3); MSEG: 12,5cm (4.9)

I dry jelq only. Yes, dry jelqing is too intense.

Two steps. Stop completely for a week. Cold turkey.

Then start with 50 slow jelqs a day, 5 days a week. Rest on weekends.

Increase by 20 every week until you reach 150, then stop for a week. Then start again with 100 increasing by 20 every week until you reach 200.

Stop for a week. Then you can pick it up on your own from there.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

Recommend that you do the Linear Newbie Routine with wet jelq. For most, dry jelq could show to be very intense pressure-wise.

Wet jelq won’t be making that much mess, because we don’t need tons of lubricant to do the job. Just few drops will suit you well, specially that early on the game.

Yeah, wet jelqing unfortunately is absolutely not an option for the time being. The presence or smell of baby oil or coconut oil is enough to arouse suspicion. Plus I have the conviction that dry jelq is superior. I’ll reduce the workload, as per instructed and include manual stretches. Then move into girth work after I’ve accomplished 7” if all goes well.
