A Thank You!
I’ve started my journey not that long ago (late June, to be exact) and got a lot of help, suggestions and ideas from the fine members on this forum.
The past few days I’ve managed to achieve 5.375” EG post-workout. This is very close to my target EG of 5.5”. I realise that post-workout is not cemented, and there’s a certain percentage that’s due to pumping, but considering that my max EG was 5”ish when I started I’m quite happy.
Thanks everyone who helped me so far achieving this. Wouldn’t have been possible without you guys!
Next stop on the trip: 5.5” cemented! :)
PS: In case someone’s curious, my routine is fairly basic:
10m warmup with wet cloth
20m or so stretching with IR lamp
2 sets of air pumping at 3-4HG (5-10m each set)
1 set of water pumping at max BM pressure (3-5m)
50 wet jelqs in between pumping sets
Post-workout: Edging for as long as I feel like, warmdown with wet cloth/shower
