A unique situation for a newbie need help

Hello everyone I am going to cut right to it. I am 25 years old 5ft9 and 171 lbs who has wasted years not being consistent with PE and I am done wasting time I want gains! Very fit and healthy with a great diet and eh sleeping habits as you will find out why. I am a Firefighter/EMT that lives in a fire station. Time is my enemy as we train constantly and I box competitively. Below is my detailed routine. I have had positive and negative PI’s both of which I have dealt with very appropriately due to me having EQ results from jelqing/stretching in my late teens early 20s (got lazy then a girlfriend and then broke my ankle x2). I find myself getting up in the middle of the nights for car crashes or fire alarms so sleep has been challenging. I am getting better curtains to make sure I can take power naps during the day to "catch up" on sleep. PLEASE NOTE I am very competent at jelqing,kegels, Manuel stretching, and bathmate penis pump due to doing on and off routines in my late teens early 20s as stated before.
My goals
1 inch in length by 2.5 years of PE
0.5 inches girth y end of 2.5 years of PE

My questions
1. Can I split up my routine say stretching and kegels in the AM then jelqs at night?
2. Is having inconsistent schedule (my routine was designed for Monday/on Tuesday/on Wednesday/off Thursday/on Friday/on weekend/off)
But I find myself falling asleep on the toilet after a long day on the truck. So there are weeks where I do every other day or three days on 2 days off ect ect.(really trying to get those 4 days.
3. How long should I wait to add my bathmate/switch routine completely ( I used it in the past very safely)

Warm down
Week#5 x 3 sessions
5-10 min warm up
20 min wet jelqs
6 min basic stretching
1 min BTW left and right
3 min kegels 5c second holds
5-10 min warm down heat pad

Week#6 x3 sessions
Warm up heat pad 5-10 min
25 min wet jelqs
6 min basic stretches
60 seconds left and right BTC stretches
3.5 min kegels 5 second holds
5-10 min heat pad warm down

Week# 7 sessions x3
5-10 min warm up heat pad
28 min wet jelqs
6 min basic stretching
1 min left and right BTC stretch
4 min kegels held for 5 seconds
5-10 min warm down heat pad

PROS-great EQ on alot of sessions

CONS- pain at weeks 5/6 so only 3 sessions were done EQ loss due to PE mostly lack of sleep I’d say. I also lost EQ during a session in week 6/7 so I stopped immediately and went to bed for recovery.

Masterbated - 7x total I try not to as much as possible so I go days without doing it

I feel you on the weird sleep schedule. I work nights, but not every week, and the transitions are rough. The flip side is I get extra time off for full time pay. So I make the most of my regular routine when I have one and plan for it when I don’t.

I think the first issue to consider is whether or not your current routine is resulting in gains (in whatever iteration of routine you can manage between being woken up in the middle of the night and just being on shift in general). If you’re making gains then just keep going with what you can work in. Some guys got really long way with just half an hour of manual exercises 3-5 days a week.

If you’ve hit a wall in terms of gains then you have to get creative, and there are many ways to do that. But that would depend on how you want to approach things.

In terms of your specific questions, I’m not sure if anyone can give you definitive answers. You’ll have to experiment and see. Keeping data logs is extremely helpful for this, so I encourage that as a first step. Log your stats here on the site for future reference and consider a training spreadsheet (it can be a google doc for easy online access) where you’re tracking your training, off days (planned and exhaustion-related), your BPFSL pre and post training and calculated strain for each session (which is helpful to see if you are getting a response from that session as the idea is accumulated strain above ~1.5% leads to permanent gains over time and less either points to a need for a decon break or increasing effort).

After a few months you’ll know if your approach is working or not, or if it stops working along the way. Super helpful for anyone, but especially if consistency is challenging.

It might also help you decide if adding your Bathmate or switching things up might help you break a plateau.

I have seen no measurable gains but I just didn’t want to waste my time with only 3 days a week on some weeks due to my crazy schedule. I will give this routine another 10-14 weeks and if not gains occur I with do Big ALs jelq free routine with my bathmate pump. In the mean time I will work on improving sleep consistency and blood flow with a natural/organic supplementation stack. I greatly appreciate you’re response sir!
