About a month into my consistent PE journey.
So I have already written a few post describing what I am doing and how my dick is. Basically, on average I would hit the 6.5 inch mark on my Bathmate pump. A few times when I was using it consistently I hit 6.75 inches. Looking back I realize those we’re probably fluke days and may have been after I took a bunch a l-citrulline for the gym.
Anyways now after about a month of two days on one day off:
- Two, 30 seconds medium strength downward flaccid stretches.
- 20 jeqls 50% erection (up to 50 jelqs now).
- 3 to 5 minutes of pumping.
I now seem to reach just over 6.5 inches on the Bathmate, I think around 6.6. My flaccid penis is way more often hanging down and looking bigger. (Before PE, I always had insanely small flaccid length, likely from high blood pressure). So now my dick is actually hanging in flaccid form which is so nice:) Also something else I have noticed over the past month, is that my morning wood is coming back and it is strong.
I think last week I woke up with morning wood 5 out of 7 times, usually only 70% erection.
Overall I am quite happy with my results. I am going to continue to ad jelqs and may increase the time I stretch and pump in the future.
(Also my cum shot/ orgasms have been better. Like if I don’t cum for over 24 hours, the next time I cum it is huge. Last week I shot out like 8 ropes from an orgasm. Back in the day I would at most get like 4. I have no idea if this is from PE or the supplements I take now.
