Hi , it has been a week since I started PE again , and I´m having the same problem I had before , while doing kegels , my dick can´t sustain anything , instead of holding it for 3 seconds , it just goes up and down. That is pretty much the kegels i can do. Any advice? I´m doing the newbie routine by the way.

It’s a muscle like any other. Weak at first, it should get stronger with practice. Try doing the Kegel exercise slowly. If yoiu can separate the bulbocavernosus from the (later) anal muscles, you can learn to concentrate on only the BC.
