I’m curious if, after hanging for a while, and the penis being conditioned to handle say 7+lbs, if you can see results from an ADS seeing as the amount of tension is far less.

My guess is that it’s an effective way to gain some. First you weaking the tissue, and then you ride the tare.

The more weight or tension the less time it takes so the less weight or tension the more time it will take to be effective. So in theory yes it will be effective to switch but it will take longer amounts of time to see results.

Most likely until you decon

But you shouldn’t jump up in weight you should build up to it and always add time before weight if possible. I know it’s not always possible to add more time because hanging is already so time consuming

50% of the time is spent wraping. How people are able to hang for 4 hours a day is beyond me.

I use this set up without any wrapping being needed.

I use this as a warm up and cool down to prevent injuries. I also think it helps to prevent plateaus. No wrapping is needed with this either.
