ADS Uncle Jim's Wrap Turkey Neck Issue...

Recently I’ve noticed with wrapping my unit, after a while I start to experience sharp pains and end up having bruises on the tissue connecting my scrotal sac to my shaft (at the base level), these occur after ten minutes of applying the wrap — It’s very annoying and so I wondered if anyone here has a fix to an issue like this, my very mild-ish turkey neck has a play in this I believe as the bruises form on the connected base.
