I do not have the resources to buy an extender or a hanger. Is it remotely possible to gain 2.5 inches in length through manual stretches alone?
Any advice and tips on how to improve progress will be greatly appreciated.
I’ve gotten the best results, so far, from light hanging and light pumping (5 inHg for 20 minutes every other day).
My experience with jelqing and manual stretches wasn’t that great in the past and I eventually moved to clamping, which while it gave me fast gains to girth and some length it also caused some side effects that persist today and a hard plateau on gains. I did clamping very aggressively, so there might be safer ways to do it, but I don’t think I’ll be trying it again.
I haven’t tested whether light hanging alone can produce length gains, but the hanger is pretty simple to build. It’s simply a U-bolt and plate weighted down with either more plates, more nuts or whatever else you can attach to it. I use micropore tape over the areas of metal that touch the genitals to prevent slippage and abrasion. I use 0.5lbs. for the total weight of the hanger and it just slips over the glans to be held in place, which is possible since it weighs so little. U-bolts come in many sizes, so you should be able to find one that fits at a hardware store or online. It shouldn’t be tight and you should remove the tape, wash it, and replace the tape when it starts getting dirty.
I don’t know if it’s capable of giving 2.5” of length gains, I simply haven’t tested light weight hanging at all without light pumping and I haven’t gained 2.5” in length by any means yet.
Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")
Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020
Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.
