advice from users with foreskin or anyone who can share there knowledge....

Ok, I have foreskin, now to be honest when I jelq I usually jelq at about 60%-75%, I find I get a way better PE session. Anyways, because I have foreskin lots of times it feels that after I’ve done my PE session, jelqing in particular that it feels I got a good PE workout but it also feels as though I’m stretching the outerskin which in my mind would increase my foreskin even more which is what I don’t want to do at all!! So what I’ve been doing is pulling it back, so that when I jelq no foreskin is over or hanging past the head…I found this method to be quite a bit better. My question is, by pulling the foreskin back would this stop me from achieving length & girth gains in anyway?
