My wrap, how I wrap, how I wear MY BIB.
I use a TheraBand ( you don’t need that much and they’re cheap on amazon). I start by placing the end of the wrap at the bottom of my shaft or in the middle, then I pull the wrap and start wrapping it around in a "tennis grip" way. Look up how tennis grips look like and you will get an idea. Once it is wrapped around nice and snug, then I pull the head, add the hanger, screw it, and its good to go. Usually the theraband will stay on after the session. I sometimes leave it on and try to get blood flow back to the head with it on. Sometimes I take it off.
