Could someone explain beginners routine?

-How to do jelqing, how much force to use.

-How to warm up, I usually use hot towel about 10min

-How to do stretching, where to put grip, how much force to use

If you’re willing to try something different, it would be of great use to see what kind of results you’d get from starting with light vacuum pressure pumping without jelqing, clamping, or high force stretching. I wouldn’t exceed 5 inHg, and it would probably be a good idea to start with a lower pressure like 1 inHg. It’s not considered a beginner technique, but I think there might be some advantage to starting with light pumping.
