My sincere advice is to JUST concentrate on the newbie routine for at least 6 months before introducing other things, ESPECIALLY for extended time periods like you want to.
The most important thing for PE success is learning your own personal physiology and how your penis reacts to various stresses. Not just immediately, but long terms. It is very risky to try to rush things. You don’t gain by rushing, you just get more injuries. Whenever you get injured, you have to take break completely, so it’s actually better to go easier, and not get injured.
