Hey everyone I’m new to PE and I’ve done the newbie routine and started pumping a month after. I was wondering thoughts on mixing up different work outs as I am thinking of doing Manuel stretches for 30min a day, hour of pumping, and 6+ hours of ADS.

My sincere advice is to JUST concentrate on the newbie routine for at least 6 months before introducing other things, ESPECIALLY for extended time periods like you want to.

The most important thing for PE success is learning your own personal physiology and how your penis reacts to various stresses. Not just immediately, but long terms. It is very risky to try to rush things. You don’t gain by rushing, you just get more injuries. Whenever you get injured, you have to take break completely, so it’s actually better to go easier, and not get injured.

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

You couldn t say it better brother.

What you are doing is way too much especially now that you are a beginner.

You can not rush things in order to gain faster and more… its the exact opposite.

Dick has its own pace and you can not do anything about it…

Rushing will only halt your gains.

As the gent said above “concentrate on the newbie routine for at least 6 months before introducing other things”.

Your workout plan would make you sore first, then unable to get hard and then injured. If you are set on pumping, cut the newbie routine in half and pump at 1-3hg for 5 minutes to start. If your morning wood diminishes or sex time erections aren’t 80% then back off the work.
