For what it’s worth from an newbie, I think daily aerobic exercises, sufficient to cause breathlessness and sweating, is one of the keys to penis enlargement. Just 20 or 25 minutes a day, all other benefits aside, could help better erections and faster gains!!

Now that I think of it, the more miles I run the better the flaccid length. Maybe its from the extra water you drink during and after the arerobic exercise.
