Hello to all TP forum members! First, let me tell you that I am amazed at how incredible this place is as a resource and community; had found this place before but I didn’t have the commitment to PE as I do today, all thanks to the info found here.

Now, I’ll explain my situation: 3 months ago, more or less, after a modicum of research here, I took my initial measurements as I prepared to start PE, with the usual skepticism. Those stats were an FL @ 3.4, FG @ 4 / NBPEL @ 5.4, EG @ 4.6. I also decided to not measure myself until after the 6 months of newbie routine were over, to keep myself from obsessing over the minutiae. Then it happened,.. After about a month / month and a half of newbie routine, I started to feel my penis heavier; visually, I didn’t register any changes, except maybe the vein in the center was getting more noticeable (stupid me forgot to take photos), and I also felt my erections more solid, though I’ve never had problems getting / /maintaining an erection. I decided to not pay too much attention to it, as I thought that it was just my imagination, there were months of PE exercises ahead of me, still.

Finally, starting September, I caved in and decided to measure myself to see if it was just me..

My stats now are NBPEL 5.8, BPEL 6.2, EG 4.9.

I couldn’t believe it, PE actually worked! I measured over and over during two days and the stats didn’t change much, I averaged final measurements to what I just posted: 1 cm gain on almost all fronts after 3 months. I’m still diligently exercising 5 days a week, but I have some questions so I can maximize my gains before graduating from the newbie routine.

First: After 3 months, are these gains too little? I understand that gains depend on the person and LOT theory, but I’m wondering if there’s a sort of average somewhere..

Second: Recently, a month or so, I’ve been alternating the way I do jelqs, varying the degree of erection from totally flacid to completely erect, and also the way I jelq, from palms up to overhand grip, to applying a kegel while I hold the glans and the base every few strokes, all during the same session. Is this recommended? Should I stick to one erection level / jelquing stroke during one session? During the whole newbie period? Any other tips or comments are greatly appreciated

Third: Sometimes, I notice that I wake up with no morning wood; though I’m not sure what the ratio is, I’ve been noticing it more frequently, is this common? I also haven’t experienced any discoloration, even when I’ve read it is a very common side effect, is this normal?

Lastly, I used to masturbate a lot, sometimes 3 times a day, and even after reading on the forums that masturbation shouldn’t affect gains, and also to lower my anxiety levels / /build up testosterone, I’ve reduced masturbation to once a month (but I will masturbate 3 - 5 times during that day). And yes, you’ve guessed it: no gf, so that means no sex. My question is regarding prostate health, as I’ve been told that masturbating 3 times a week is good for your health, but I’ve also seen recent studies linking masturbation to prostate cancer, so I wanted to know if you guys had any insight on that end.

Phew, there you have it, folks. Any tips? Any recommended variants to my PE routine? It is the exact last increase of the newbie routine : 10 min hot wrap, 10 min stretches (down, up, sides, clock and counterclockwise), 30 min jelqs with vaseline or baby oil, 10 min hot wrap and 50 kegels. Any extras I could add? Any food / supplements I should be taking? Any and all tips are welcome.

Sorry for the wall of text, I’m just so excited to see and feel results, I just want to maximize what I can get out of this experience.

Welcome to the forum. I think you should be very pleased with the gains you’ve achieved. A lot of guys don’t gain as quickly as you have. You mentioned that you’re doing PE 5 days each week. Are you doing 5 days then 2 off? You might consider 2 on, one off or something like that to get some rest days in between workouts.

Disregard the LOT theory. IF it ever had any validity, it was related to hanging. Mostly it’s been unproven.

I think it’s quite good gains.

About discoloration: I haven’t any when I PE’d in the past (couple of months) so we can just be happy missing it.

I suggest You to do more kegels. I don’t know what is Your kegelling routine but in my opinion kegels are the most important exercise for PE’ers and even not-PE’ers. Try also edging- this could be good idea for alternate a masturbation.

Keep going to be bigger and better.

I suspect that you are ahead of the average for 3 months.

Yup, agreed. This was the reason that I lost my morning woods too. Sometimes it’s hard to keep it down during jelqing, especially when you are also working on slowing down jerking off. :)

Thanks for all replies. I will stop jelqing while erect and see how it goes. Are there any exercises I could do to focus on girth increments? Also, I checked my logs and I realized that it has been 4 months since I started, so graduation is coming soon.. What routine or exercises should I do after that? Any links you could point me to? Thanks again for the tips, guys.
