I am still trying to find the time to make clamping an actual routine. I have been clamping for about 2 1/2 weeks now. I usually clamp after my morning shower once everyone is out of the house. I clamp between 10-15 minutes at a time, doing uli’s, bends, and then edging while clamped. I clamp for between 1-2 times for each session. I am averaging 2-3 days of clamping per week. My goal is to get up to 3-4 clampings of 10-15 minutes each, 4-5 days a week.
