After one month of pumping
I have gained! I actually hit my one month mark tomorrow night at 8, but I went ahead and measured myself tonight as this is my second rest day. I gained .25 inch in NBPEL, which now puts me at 7.10 inches. But the girth increase is what really blew my mind. To the best of my calculations, I’ve gained half an inch in girth! I measured EG at the base of my penis and it turned out to be around 5.75, and my midshaft was 5.50. My original measurements were 6.85 in NBPEL and 5.25 EG at the base. I never measured my midshaft after my first experiments with PE years ago so I don’t know what it was originally, but I am going to guess it was slightly less than my base girth. I wanted to post some pics, but I found that operating my phone and holding a ruler or measuring tape at the same time to be really difficult. Plus, my penis has a slight upward curve towards the glans, so to get an accurate erect length reading, I have to bend it down a bit to straighten it out which made it even more difficult.
Anyway, I’m not too “hung up” on pics or measurements anyway. The only thing I care about is that I have apparently gained a significant amount of length and girth in very short period of time, and my penis looks very noticeably larger in both the flaccid and erect state. For those aspiring PEers, this is what I’ve observed and concluded in the almost four weeks of pumping 5 days a week, with 2 days off. I hope this information is useful, but please remember, what works for one guy, may not work for another. So don’t take this advice as gospel.
1) Nutrition and overall health plays the largest factor in how quickly you gain (with genetics being second), and how fast you recover from your workouts. In many respects, PEing is no different than working out at the gym. And just like how some people gain muscle and lose fat faster than others, some people gain penis length and girth faster than others. I concluded this because years ago, I experimented with various PE methods. I had a top model SizeGenetics traction device (was uncomfortable as hell!), and a really good electric vacuum pump that I paid over $300. Yet back then, I only gained .25 inch of permanent girth over the course of approximately six months. The biggest differences between how I was back then and now, is that I am no longer a smoker and I have a solid, healthy diet. Plus I workout often, and I also use supplements. I credit these changes with the speed and ease at which I have gained this past month, compared to the difficulty 10 years ago as I am overall a much healthier person. So if you smoke and drink to excess and have an unhealthy lifestyle and diet, then you will likely gain very slowly or not at all.
2) High pressure works, and has been instrumental in my fast gains. By high pressure I mean 5 to 10 HG. I do four sets at 10 minutes each. I start at 5 HG on my first set, then 7 on my second, 8 on my third and on my last, I use variable pressures from 5 all the way to 10 HG. Over the weeks, my penis has become acclimated to higher pressures and I can now tolerate as high as 10 HG for a few minutes. However, DO NOT use high pressures unless you’re absolutely certain you can tolerate it. A good way of knowing, is whether you can have a strong erection after pumping. If you can’t have a strong erection after your workout, then you are overdoing it and need to dial back the pressure. Then there’s excessive fluid buildup. A little is normal, but a full on donut is not good in my opinion. Also, a good alternative to using high pressure might be to use low pressure with longer sets. So 3 or 4 HG with 20 to 30 minute sets, but don’t quote me on this as I’ve never tried it personally.
3) Pumping is the best method of gaining for PE. The reason why I say this, is because pumping acts on your entire penis at the same time, which prevents distortive effects like certain parts of the penis being disproportionately larger than others, or the penis bending in certain directions. I remarked on this tonight when I was measuring my penis in the erect state. Not only is my penis longer and wider throughout the entire shaft and glans, but it’s DEEPER as well. So my penis looks wise, is very proportional and looks completely natural.
4) If you’re going to do pumping, a gauge is essential if you want to experience good gains. Pumping without a gauge is not only much more dangerous, but you can’t optimize the pressure which makes gains much harder to achieve. This is also why I can’t recommend Bathmate products.
5) Electric pumps are superior to manual. Although an electric pump usually costs more, I think it’s worth it as the pressure is always consistent. Also air pumps are better than water pumps. I have a Bathmate Hydromax x40 which I paid a lot of money for, but it may as well be a paperweight. I could never get a good seal, so it’s basically sitting in my closet collecting dust. I should have sent it back and gotten a refund when I started having difficulty, but I wanted it to work and so I kept it past the refund date. Oh well, a lesson learnt.
6) Rest days are absolutely necessary to give your body time to adjust and adapt to the bigger penis. I personally favor the 5 days on, 2 days off routine.
Anyway, I hope this information is useful to prospective PEers.
