After work - what then?

I wondered whats the best to do AFTER all exercise (jelqing etc.).

Penis should be filled with blood now, and I believe that its the best to keep it there in the penis for a while.

My suggestions (after exercise):

1. Pumping (about 20 minutes) - to give it an “extra-kick” :)
2. Then using cock-rings at the botton of penis, lets say 7 of them or even more. It should cover nearly half of penis, so that top of it has much of blood in it.

What do u think on that?

Pumping after jelqs is what I do, but only 10 minutes and at low vacuum (4-5 inches Hg). I do that twice during my 400 jelq routine.

One strong cock ring of the right tightness should be enough. Be careful how long you leave it on and watch for color and circulation changes. I think most guys will take off the cock ring after 30 minutes or less.

Penewbie…i agree with you…the most i will do is massage in the shower after session is done.

What i do when i finish a session is a short hot wrap, in fact just to clean the vasoline, after that my dick shrinkle a bit so i make 1 or 2 20 seconds uli to put some fresh blood in it. Think it’s enough.

It looks like you are new to the forum, but are you new to PE? I definitely wouldn’t overdue it if you are new to PE, you are risking injury for sure. I hot wrap and massage. Sometimes I get an erection up to get some blood flowing, but that about it.
