Age and Gains
Hey guys this is my first post here. I’ve always been curious as to if being younger will give you an advantage or a disadvantage when practicing PE. I’m a 21 year old and my EQ is excellent but I haven’t made any decent gains. I practiced PE for about 8 months before taking a 9 month decon break which I’m currently still on. It seems a lot of the guys on here are older with suffering EQ and most of their gains are attributed to EQ gains as well. So I guess the question I’m trying to ask is; have any young guys here with great EQ made good gains?
