BTW welcome.

Thanks, for the welcome. Yeah, I am keeping an eye on my potential problems. I’m not sure what caused my injuries. It could be several different things. The Dr. Said, it could have been caused by slipping while straddling a fence or a bicycle. It could even be caused by riding a horse. I’ve actually done all of those things. LOL So who really knows. I’d like to think it was from all of the heavy sex during my single days. LOL

Ahhh Age.

I’m hoping I can reach my old size and gain another 1 1/4. I’m not sure how well I will respond. Are there any older guys out there that have gone thru this process? I think the ideal time to start is when a person is in their teens or 20’s. While their tendons and ligaments are more flexible. Anyone have any opinions or stories they would like to share?
Thanks,

Hey Rob,

I am 48, and I would have to say before last year, I believe I had some shrinkage myself. After surgeries, etc.. The body tends to do things we’d never dream it would ever do, or have nightmares of it doing it? Hehe :)

After starting a rugged workout routine post surgery, like I had pre-surgery, as far as Physical Exercise in general, it helped amazingly. With the adding on of the PE workout, it has benefited me all around, truthfully.

If you would ever like to PM me, for anything let me know. I feel like I just started really living in many respects. Change of life?. No doubt. Mid Life Crisis? I don’t really think so. My crisis was way before this for sure, if one wishes to call it that. I may have a rude awakening, however I just don’t feel almost 50, whatever ‘that’ is supposed to feel like. ;)

Take heart. There is a believable theory that has made the rounds here several times, supported by some of us older guys, that older guys have a PE gain advantage over younger guys. It works faster on us, for whatever reasons.

And first step, it will be relatively easy for you to regain what you may have lost over the years. After that, it’s all gravy.

Hey Man, Thanks. Yeah, I’m not exactly sure why I had lost some length, but at this point I have almost made it up. LOL I’ve only been doing my routine for about 2 weeks and have gained almost a half an inch. I actually thought I might do that. Now, once I gain this next half an inch, I will be totally sold. I doubt it will come as easy. LOL

I’m glad to see that there are a bunch of guys in their 40’s and 50’s. It’s a bitch getting old. The biggest problem to me is, I feel the same as I did when I was 30, but now I look like an old fart. LOL

I can see that I am having some quick gains, but I’m making up what I had previously loss. I wonder if that is a big part of the gains the older guys experience. Mainly, just picking up what they had loss. I honestly thought the younger guys would have the advantage. I would think everything in their bodies would be more flexible.
