Alcohol and PE

So I really like parties. I go out almost every weekend and I like to drink :)

Is alcohol going to hinder my gains?

It didn’t for me. That said, use it responsibly and take care of yourself.

I love beer but I would strongly advise not doing any PE while drunk. I caused some minor nerve damage dry jelqing while intoxicated. I lost sensation in my glans for a couple months.

If you do any PE intoxicated, please be very careful

I would just say “don’t drink and PE” at the same time. You might get rather cavalier about upping those pressure limits on the pump or something like that. Other than that, I don’t think that alcohol, within moderation, would hurt.

Alcohol tends to cause vasodilation and clotting inhibition. Both is those are actually quite friendly to PE.

But I certainly would say if one were to drink excessively, the long term effect would be genital atrophy; it’s a well documented physical finding in long term alcoholism.

Thats exactly what I was saying Don. Technique can become sloppy, we may get carried away, or may not stop when we should.

I can’t blame the alcohol directly for my injury. I got sloppy and didn’t stop jelqing when I became more erect. I wasn’t conditioned for that at the time and I definitely would not have done that sober. Alcohol tends to taint our judgement… in large amounts.

I agree, in moderation probably won’t hurt
