Hey guys

I have been doing PE for years and have seen in forums people mentioning wearing a cockring or some restriction for large chunks of time to maintain girth stretched position. My question is how on earth do you do this? Everytime I have tried this it only just results in a loss of blood flow to my dick not an accumulation. Rate going out more than coming in. I have tried to do this a few different ways: silicone cockrings, small silicone sleeve pieces stacked on top of each other to try different pressure amounts, nothing has worked. How have you guys managed to do this?

The only thing that seems to work at extending my engorged girth size is by doing a girth routine just before bed and then having a light ADS weigh to keep it lightly stretched. I wake up in the morning with it quite a similar size to it as when I went to sleep. But this never works when I am awake. (unless I am basically constantly forcing more blood in actively).

I think the only real valuable passive girth technique is to wear a ring for 10-20 minutes after a girth session. After that, if it is tight enough to hold a useful amount of blooding the penis it will cause edema in the skin because it impedes lymphatic drainage and superficial venous return. If it is loose enough to hope with skin edema it is probably not tight enough to do anything but keep you somewhat fluffed up.

I think a better approach to longer duration engorgement across time is to do split your girth work morning and evening, if that is an aim. When I do my 20 minutes of pumping in two 10 minute sessions with several hours between I find I have better expansion, less edema and longer duration increase in flaccid and erect size.

Another approach I sometimes use is to soft clamp with silicone toe rings for 10 minutes first thing in the morning, then do my normal girth session later in the day. Same kind of idea.

Yeah this has also been my conclusion. I can’t understand the people saying they wear one all day. Any time I have tried that it just leads to less blood flow and basically my size being smaller which is the opposite of what we are going for here. Yeah my girth work I split first thing morning and last thing in the evening. I find that in the morning I still have some size from the previous night and I build on that with the morning session. Also I can do as you say do a soft clamp or sleeves at the base and helicopter it ocassionally to force fresh blood(but this only works when I’m working from home). Then throughout the day at intervals I go to the bathroom (have to go anyway) and do 50-100 Jelqs. I find this is pretty good but I havent spent as much time on girth work as I have on length.

Have made great gains on length but need to buckle down on the girth work.

Girth just takes time for most but its worth it when you get the girth gains, for sure.

Yeah for sure, thats why I have been focusing on them. I am real close to my length max goal (and it has been easier to gain length) but now the hard work begins of filling it out more.

I would love to hear from anyone that might have actually successfully used some kind of cockring situation to stay engorged for a long time without all the edema.
