Almost An Inch Gained in 6 months
My PE journey started 6 months ago. It started because of my insecurity. There’s a rumor out there that all black men have big penises. Unfortunately, I didn’t and still don’t live up to that rumor. I was just an average Joe when it came down to penis size. It frustrated me because I’m above average in many areas in my life, but my penis didn’t fall into that category. In the beginning, yes, I did PE because I wanted to fit that stereotype and overcome my insecurity by making my penis bigger. However, as my PE Journey continued, I came into realization that PE can only become a long-term journey if you’re doing it for yourself. Your PE journey will be short lived if you’re doing it just to build a bigger penis to impress others. You have to do it for yourself! I changed my mindset from wanting to fit the stereotype to developing myself to be the BEST version I can be. PE is more than increasing your penis, it helps you develop many positive characteristics such as: commitment, determination, perseverance, goal oriented and helps you build habits.
I started my PE journey at BPEL 6.22” (158mm) x MEG 5.25 excluding the curve, but BPEL of 6.4-6.5” including the curve- I have an upward curve penis. My current measurement is a BPEL of 7.04” (179 mm) x 5.25 excluding the curve. I’m 4 mm from a gain of 1 inch! I haven’t gained any girth, but it’s fine, I’m only focusing on length right now. My goal is to reach BPEL 8.00 x MEG 6.25. It’s going to be a long journey, but I’m looking forward to it. Also, into 3-4 weeks of my PE journey, I took pictures. Maybe one day, I’ll post my before and after pictures to motivate others. I didn’t measure it with a ruler but you can visually see the difference.
I started my PE with the Linear Routine. My schedule was 5 mins warm up, 5 mins of basic stretches, 50 jelqs, which took 5 mins, and 5 mins warm down plus 50 kegels. I build myself to my current routine of 15 mins of stretches with V&A stretches, 12 mins of jelqs and decreased my kegel to 30-40 and added 75 reverse kegels. If I didn’t notice a gain for 3-4 consecutive weeks , I tweaked my routine by increasing the intensity to adding JAI Stretches and increasing the duration. Every time I tweaked my routine, I start gaining again. But this post is getting too long, so if you curious about anything, just ask.
