Almost four months in and I look HUGE

So, I have been doing this since literally the New Year (January 1st). I try to not to masturbate, so I have not really seen my erection progressing until the other day when I began clamping. Obviously I looked HUGE in that thing, but then decided to see what it looked like normally erect.

So I got it going and was WOWED at what I saw. I must be an inch longer, and much thicker. It looks like someone else dick. I was pretty happy.

I started out with jelqing and stretching, then moved to hanging last month, and just now clamping.

I went too hard on my first clamp, plus hang day and ended up bruising myself, and hopefully not getting a thrombosed vein (I’m not sure yet). I’m waiting to see how that goes. I’ve done some hot and cold wraps and hope it clears up soon, since I’m so pleased with my progress so far. I recommend it to anyone. If you’re below average, you’ll get average, average you’ll get big, big, and you’ll get HUGE.

I’m still only 6.5 or so, but that’s a good bit longer than I was. I don’t measure as much as just use the eyeball test.

I really hope this bruising is only short term, because I’m hooked on PE right now, and if done right, clamping can be intense and I’m sure beneficial (don’t ever do both hanging and clamping in one day.. It’s too much).

It’s funny that someone just told me about a new Penn and Teller show from Showtime which is on DVD now. It’s called Bullshit! And they debunk ‘myths’. Anyway, my friend said on one they debunked penis pills, pumps, and ‘exercises’, as he called them. I’d like to see it, because there are a lot of people here that could have a word or two about that, including me.

I actually hope no one believes it. I want any edge I can get over the competition!

Luigsqueegie, what was you’re routine that brought those gains ?

Well, I started out with jelqing, based on some jelqing blog I found (so glad I found this site). Started up to 500 jelqs a day quickly, then add in stretches, which bored me. Then I got the bib and started using that almost every day for 3 sets of 10-20 minutes (I worked my way up). I also just bought the clamp, but only used it once.

I suggest that people lay of seeing themselves erect for a while (cut out masturbation etc.) so when you see the difference, you’ll be super impressed.

I was doing at least a six day routine, sometime jelq one day and hang the next, but always doing something, then every once in a while taking a few days off for healing. That’s when you see real gains. I think may move to an intense 5 day schedule with weekends to rest.

The bib or any hanger is really good in my opinion. That’s where you get the length. Then when you are ready, the clamp can add a lot I’m guessing, in girth.

Bad news, the discoloring doesn’t go away. At least for me, maybe if you stopped it would. I’m sure not stopping because of a little bruising are you?


The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

It seems like a bad bruise right around my lig. I may have pinched the area while hanging. When it goes away, I’ll start right back up. I really like the clamp. The intense erection that you get feels interesting, and I think it’s probably much better than jelqing at getting girth.

Bruising just seems to go with the territory.
