Almost two years in and on a plateau

Hi guys!

I have been doing PE for the last almost two years. Now I have come to a bit off a plateau and would be happy to get some tips on how I can move forward to reach my end-goal.

In the beginning of these two years I started of doing only manual work. I am glad I did this since it worked very well for me and I had gains of about 2,5 cm in the first six months. During this time my manual routines consisted in doing stretches to all angels twice for thirty seconds per stretch and jelqing for about fifteen minutes.

After about four months, and getting me from 16,5-19 cm I started using an extender for about an hour/day on weekdays and about 4 on weekends. I kept doing the stretches and added some variations too them that I don’t know how to describe here. I also started doing clamping, or maybe what you would call Ulis (what is the difference?).

Another four months of doing this and I reached 20 cm! Needless to say I was really happy about these results. Reading posts on here I felt like I had gained really a lot in a relatively short amount of time (8 months). But then that was pretty much it. Now it’s been another year, and I haven’t gained any more length. Rather, I actually regressed about 3 mm to 19,7 where I’ve pretty much halted. Last summer I did a three month decon-break where I got down to 19 cm, quickly regained that and came back up to 19.7.

I terms of flaccid I’ve also gained from about 12-14 cm which is nice. The Ulis got me some girth so I got from about 12-14 cm in girth which pretty much changed all in about a month – so nice!!

Of course I’m happy about all this but still the fact is that I haven’t gained any length in the last year. I know it’s supposed to take time, but I don’t think it’s optimal to go a year without length-gains if you’re going for length. I’m going for 23 cm in length so I have a lot more to achieve.

As for the extender I don’t think it has given me anything. I’ve been using it for 16 months, tracking the hours in an excel-document. Up to date I have used the extender 373 hours. As I read on here I find maybe that’s not so much, but zero gains from it?! So do you guys think it’s likely that I’ve already gotten most of what I can get out of the easier forms of PE – stretching, jelqing and extending – and need to move into more advanced forms like hanging and clamping (which I’ve already done some)?

Two more things: I haven’t always been so good at heating, but when I do it I go into the shower and shower my dick with hot water for 2-3 mins. Figured that would do the trick as well as a hot towel. What do you think of that? And lastly, my physiological indicators or neutral, meaning I don’t have any indicators really. Used to get the red spots for example. My interpretation: I’ve conditioned to the these exercises and need to move on.
Thankful for any ideas on how I can spice up my routine.

I imagine your EQ was not so good pre PE.

Started last week. 10/23/2017

BPEL: 6.4 x 5.5

BPEl: February 2020. 7.2 x 5.5

I do a lot of clamping for girth. Also Ulis and jelqing. Why do you think, Nuyte, that EQ was not so good pre PE?

I do the manual routine and use ADS six days a week and have one days rest.

So did you start with the Newbie routine, how are your clamps prepared, I prepared mine. Think about this as I did, I am or was a clamper, I saw fast gains, but I learned so much what was working for me. Read my thread, you will see how things can evolve. I was a clamper, I go into some detail, but I am for real. I am huge, read my thread and ask your self questions, what do you want with this, PEing.

Because a tissue development like that is impossible to have in just one month.

I believe in your gains but maybe you just measured incorrectly or with a poor EQ.

Could you describe your girth routine? I’m pretty interested because i’m shooting for 14 cm also
