Hello community!

I have been doing manual work for 6 months now. I am at 10 min stretching time and 20 min jelqing currently. My plan has always been to slowly increase the time til lets say 30-45 mins jelqing and 20-30 min stretching before going on a decondition break. See how much gains I can milk out of manual work and then after the decondition break, start with hanging.

”Length first, girth second”
So now to the question… Am I doing a mistake in doing a lot of manual work (for an example a lot of jelqing) instead of ONLY focusing on pure length. For an example would I be better off just starting with hanging only (taking it real carefully) or will my decondition break of lets say 2-3 months work just fine before starting hanging? Because I see no logic in condition my penis so far that it is super strong and then immediately begin hanging. I’d like to have the possibility getting any gain I can with lower weights.

My base girth is around 6” and in the middle 5”. Perhaps I should not do so much jelqing as it is mainly a girth exercise? This confuses me so much… I see some people say it’s best to just start with hanging if you take it careful and use low weight… others say you need to condition your penis… but if you have to take a decondition break, then when you come back, you are not conditioned anymore!? If some kind soul could try to explain this to me I would forever be grateful! Cheers.

The idea is to damage your penis in a controlled manner

LGhanger program is 6 months usually 1 inch gain, IF you have never done PE before. It seems reasonable you have a worse chance at 1 inch in 6 month if you have done PE before.

I personally like your plan. Wet jelqing works length and doing a period of manuals will give you a period to condition safely while getting to know your member. This foundation will be tremendously helpful throughout your PE career.

If you are after length doing so much girth work its not advisable.

Things are simple: raise your stretching time to 25-30 mins and do jelqs for a short amount of time 3 or 4 days a week. Do them just for an EQ improvement(and gains are always welcome).

Dont involve with hanging, you are stretching only for 6 months. Also why hanging with low weight when you can use an ADS for the same purpose?

With hanging you start off with low weights at the beginning and then you up the weight as time passes to get used to the stress.

Yeah I might lowering the jelqing and start building up my stretching time instead of the jelqing, not sure though. Thanks for the tip bud!

But the thing is, if I do a lot of manual work and then go straight into hanging then maybe it would not be optimal as I would have a really strong(conditioned) penis and need to work up to crazy weight in order to see any gain? If I do a full decondition break, does that not mean I will come back to the hanging without being conditioned also? I am so confused with these scenarios lol.

I forgot to ask… any tip on how to make life easier with gripping when manual stretching? The only reason at the moment I hate stretching is because I find gripping tricky. Its manageable but my stretching takes more time then supposed to because of fail with grip sometimes. I have tried washing hands beforehand and using some baby powder. Helps a little, not that much…

I would guess the grip fails BC of penis sweat or hand sweat reducing the friction. Use something to absorb moisture two examples is talcum powder and a simple cloth like a t-shirt.

True. But sometimes I even feel the opposite… that all the moisture down there is gone and it is hard to grip because it is DRY. The best grip I can get is if I use some spit on my glans and under the foreskin LOL ikr… then let that dry a little and then grip.

I would have to ask why do you have to pull that hard? My penis only gets to a certain length on pull with a mild force, more force doesn’t extend it more. How hard do you pull ?

I try not to pull too hard. I just ease into the stretch and pull til I feel something so to speak. I don’t think I use a lot of force. My glans is kinda small and a little bith upward curved, perhaps that also has something to do with it.

Hm, then I don’t have a better guess. Hope someone with experience answers. I did read about dorsal thickening or “steel-cord” in people with upward curve, look into that thread maybe.
