Am I doing a mistake?

I have been doing manual work for 6 months now. I am at 10 min stretching time and 20 min jelqing currently. My plan has always been to slowly increase the time til lets say 30-45 mins jelqing and 20-30 min stretching before going on a decondition break. See how much gains I can milk out of manual work and then after the decondition break, start with hanging.

So now to the question… Am I doing a mistake in doing a lot of manual work (for an example a lot of jelqing) instead of ONLY focusing on pure length. For an example would I be better off just starting with hanging only (taking it real carefully) or will my decondition break of lets say 2-3 months work just fine before starting hanging? Because I see no logic in condition my penis so far that it is super strong and then immediately begin hanging. I’d like to have the possibility getting any gain I can with lower weights.
My base girth is around 6” and in the middle 5”. Perhaps I should not do so much jelqing as it is mainly a girth exercise? This confuses me so much… I see some people say it’s best to just start with hanging if you take it careful and use low weight… others say you need to condition your penis… but if you have to take a decondition break, then when you come back, you are not conditioned anymore!? If some kind soul could try to explain this to me I would forever be grateful! Cheers.
