Am I doing this all wrong?
I started PE about a little less than year ago with stretching and pumping for about a month. I did not measure or notice any gains but it was only a month.
Started pretty religious 2 months ago with mostly manual stretching. I’d do 3-4 sets of 10 different stretches. I hold each stretch for 30-45 seconds. Some sessions I’ve stretched for an hour. Also did a little pumping and jelqs. Did that for about a month and then started incorporating girth with Uli, horse, dry jelqs, pumping, and bends.
I always had better EQ when I did my girth routines that lasted about an hour. After my routine I’d have a hard on for 30 minutes after and a semi for and hour. I’d also wake up at night with a rager the day after. But I never had good EQ with stretching. Just goes back to normal. Doesn’t turtle but doesn’t hang longer.
Length is my goal because I’m sitting at 5.5 girth and don’t need more right now.
I got an extender but couldn’t really get a good stretch from it and it cut off circulation too much. Rather do manuals. I have been experimenting with hanging for the past days with 3lbs. Can feel a nice stretch but still don’t get negative or positive EQ or PI from stretching.
I still do manual stretching consistently everyday.
I haven’t had any gains that I can tell. Maybe .1 of an inch.
Is it too early to tell?
Should I lower intensity or raise it?
Am I going at this all wrong?
Need some advice, getting discouraged.
"Like so many works that have had a great impact on human thinking, it makes points that, once they are grasped, have a ring of almost self-evident truth; yet they are still blindly ignored by a disconcertingly large proportion of people who should know better."
