Am I doing this wrong

Am I doing this wrong

Hey everyone,

I’ve been doing PE for a little over 2 months now without a single gain. Mentally I thought I was actually gaining a little by following stretching and jelq exercises, but each month when I measure my length and girth are still the same as my initial measurement. Below is my current PE schedule:

Mon-Thurs:
Morning: Warm up with shower, 100 3-4 second Jelqs, cool down warming while in shower
Evening: Manual stretching using the A and V-stretches at the base, middle and top of the shaft for about 30 minutes changing the location of where the pressure is places for the A and V are.
20-30 Minutes of BTC stretching
20 Minutes of Jelqing

I have read posts saying that doing a lot of PE might not work as well as doing less and am not sure if I am doing to much.or just not doing it right.or if I am just plain out of luck. I would be so happy just to see any gain.

I have never experienced this type of result while hitting the gym for this type of consistent period. I have lost weight while focusing on cardio and seen muscle growth when focusing on those areas. I know PE isn’t the same as weight training and results differ for everyone, but I must say I am becoming discouraged at this point. I do have a lower lot, but I think it has gotten a little higher by doing the A and V stretches. I have a VacExtender and have worn that on occasion for about 3 hours a day also with no real results. If anyone could give me some advice on what I should do, I’d really appreciate it. I am willing to try something new at this point to attempt to see any gains.

Why didn’t you do the newbie routine for 3 months first? That will be most effective to initially seeing gains. PE is a long and arduous process, some people don’t see gains in the first 2 months, it make take 2 years of constant, hard work before you gain an inch.

Also, don’t warm down in the shower. Cool down. I am a large supporter of the cool down, and so many people on Thunder’s don’t even realize the benefits of a cool down.

Cool Down - YES You NEED It!

Hi Springer,

Thanks for the response. I will look into the Cool Down process and try to implement that into my morning routine. I wasn’t sure if I needed to really start with the newbie routine to see gains as I had jelqed previously in the past and thought that routine was mainly just for conditioning the penis for more advanced routines later down the line. As I didn’t experience any negative PI’s from my current routine, I thought it would be okay to bypass the newbie routine as my penis could handle what it was going through with the current PE exercises I was doing.

Do you recommend I stop my current routine and just follow the newbie routine?

So you go to the gym for the first time you bench press 1000 pounds. Sound logical? No! “A” stretches and “V” stretches are advanced moves. Follow the newbie routine for at least 5 months before doing advance exercises.

Heh, It would be cool to press 1000 pounds first trip to the gym. I actually remember the first time I worked out and over did it I couldn’t lift my arms higher then my shoulders. Luckily I learned not to over do it at the gym after that and I thought the same would apply with PE. I have never experienced pain or negative PI’s and in reading, I was under the impression that I should focus on the A and V stretches as my LOT was lower and standard length stretches wouldn’t work well as I would need to stretch the tunica first, then stretch for ligament gains.

I guess I was just trying to jump into a more advanced routine without understanding the importance of the newbie routine. I will revert back to the basics and hope to see some gains.

The lot theory was pretty much disproven. In the beginning you want to hit the ligs regardless. Those first initial gains comes from lig stretching. Anything after that comes from tunica work like higher erection jelqs, squeezes and Uli’s to name a few.

If your not gaining likely your grip to to tight. Or your jelq is not long enough in duration 3-5 seconds or longer is ideal per jelq stroke. Your EQ is great still you probably need to increase intensity slightly. I increase intensity by using a lite grip but a slower jelq. Example I will jelq and it may take longer than 20 seconds to complete. By using a softer grip you get better expansion. Between 100-200 jelqs may be ideal. But you may be one of those fortunate ones that can grow fast on just 50 jelqs per day.

Warm ups are very important they reduce the likely hood of injuries.

If I am reading your routine correctly, that’s over 300 jelqs in the evening, so over 400 per day 4 days in a row.

For me at your stage that would have been way too much.
