There’s nothing that says you can’t break your routine up over the course of a day; the challenge with that is to make sure you doing enough of a warm-up each time, which it sounds like you are.

It means you’ve adjusted.
I would say about the stretches: relax and breathe into them, and hold them for about 30-40 seconds each. You want them to approach a threshold of pain, without actually crossing over into it.
Jelqs should be done with moderate force, firm and slow (3 seconds from base to just before the glans). Do not squeeze the life out of your dick.
The Kegel regimen sounds very good to me (I was once that disciplined; you have inspired me again). They should do a lot to help you maintain good, strong erections and encourage morning wood.
Just be patient and keep consistent.
