Am I jelqing hard enough

Hello everyone, I’m on the newbie routine, so doing 10 minutes of jelqing every training session. I’ve read on this forum that people suffer from hand fatigue from jelqing. I don’t experience any of these problems, or any discomfort whilst jelqing or afterwards. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m only doing it for a short period, or because I’m not squeezing hard enough.

So if someone could describe exactly how much pressure I should be using, that’d be great. I’m still trying to perfect my technique.

Use medium pressure. Jelq tightly but supple.

When you experience any pain or discomfort, you jelq wrong. Looks to me that it might be likely that you already jelq correct :up: .

Sore hand is definately not an indicator. A sore penis is. Its all about the feel. Its safe to start with firm but not a hard grip. A firm grip is one that allows your hand to move smoothly over that dick and yet maintain pressure in your CC.

Oh! Thanks for your replies, looks like I may actually have more or less got my technique right :)

Yeah I am a little sore today (day off training), but I reckon that’s more from the stretches than the jelqing. I’ll keep at it and post my progress after a few months, it’s only been a week since I started so I don’t have the results to indicate how well I’ve been doing it.
