AM Method And Other PE Exercises

So the Angion Method has been out for awhile, and I was wondering if anyone has experience with doing the AM method and other PE exercises. If so what have your gains been like and EQ?

In order to gain fast you have to include traditional manual PE in your routine, sans jelqing. Jelqs are considered dangerous by many vets, post TAM.

Warm up, stretching and TAM may produce result.

Outside the AM thread I’m not sure the rest of Thunders Place would agree with that. At least as it stands right now anyway. I’m with you in that AM has replaced jelqs for me but I don’t think it’s fair to make sweeping statements at this point.

I’ve actually dropped all conventional PE recently to focus on AM and just building a healthier blood supply. Despite this I feel like girth is coming on at least at the same rate it did with squeezes and hand clamps but without the overtraining.

Although hard to measure, I’m sure AM must help gains. I look forward to hearing whatever anecdotal evidence this thread turns up.

Jelqs are a great exercise when done correctly. There have been posts on another thread about guys injuring themselves with this new method. It takes time, understanding, asking questions and never expecting anything fast! You guys do it to yourselves; it not the exercise that does it.

Allow me to say this about that. I have been around PE for a while now, and no longer believe jelqs are a great exercise. I do not believe they are dangerous either, having performed thousands of them at this point.

There was one or two “injuries” posted about. And one of them was just localized inflammation on the dorsal side of the penis aggravating the dorsal nerve. That is not a thrombosis of a vein or a clogged lymph vessel, it is an irritation, more than it is an injury. Both of these methods are relatively safe. Let’s be honest, the only way to be sure you NEVER get an injury from PE exercises is if you NEVER perform any PE exercises. That is it for me.

I thought I would disagree with Jimmy Bob…Twice. Apologies.

The only way to not get an injury is too understand what you’re doing and why, if not ask questions and fight the urge to do a bit more or extra when you really know you shouldn’t. Walking across the street can be considered dangerous but not when you know how to cross. Years ago there was a study on when skiers got hurt. They found that 67% of the major injuries occurred on the last run. They were already tired but hey lets do one more before it’s Miller Time. I bet you the same with PE. Just be smart about things and know when to fold!
