What is amazing isometrics in term of PE?

How do you perform this exercise?

How does it work or Why does it work?

Is it for length or girth?

I did a search on AI but the source was unclear in terms of my questions.

1. Forcing the penis to work against immovable force.

2. Placing your hand over your erect penis, slightly pushing it down until you feel pressure, Kegel for increased pressure, and let it back up.

3. Exercises smooth muscle in penis

4. Can be for both.

Don’t know if they work but I figure if I have the time why not?

I’m sorry if this is q dumb question, but if I have sex in a position that forces the penis in the same way (down) is it just as good?

It is very unlikely that you will be able to perform it. Ask yourself, How ofter do you have sex the minute after you have done PE and are able to convince a girl to stay still in that position for 20 seconds, 5 times in a row. If you have one, send her over, then I’ll can give you better feedback ;) .

Wow, you learn something new everyday. Never heard of these Amazing Isometrics.

I’m a bit skeptical about these, but I will try to throw in a few of these few during masturbation, sex and spontaneous erections. I still think these sound too “easy” and “fast” to really make a difference; kind of like it’s too good to be true.

Performing these alone without other PE exercises would probably be useless, right?

Not entirely useless but it loses much of it’s effect, yes.

A drop of water cannot burst a dam.
But many drops, combined in strength and purpose, can change the world.

This exercise, my friend, is a drop of water.
