An appeal to the warm up and recommendation
I’ve been using various PE techniques over the last 10 years or so, and I have to say, I was never big on warming up (or warming down). But recently, I wondered if it had been a mistake not doing this for so long. I came across a post in Thunder’s Place about people using various techniques like water in a cup, heating pads, rice socks (which I have used and like), etc. But I’m super lazy and really wanted an electric heating pad that would just work.
I found the Sunbeam Flexfit Heated Wrap which is an interesting strip-like design. It took me awhile, but I eventually crafted a shape that I like. I keep the end wrapped up in a cone-like shape with the rest unwrapped. I connect the cord, turn it on high, and let it warm up for a few minutes. Then I unplug the cord, pull my penis through the cone shape, wrap the rest around my scrotum (I just like it) and shaft, and finish off with placing the velcro strap wherever it lands. Everything is covered at this point. I then place a rubber cock ring around the end of the wrap (just under the head or so) to keep my penis pulled taut inside the wrap. Connect the controller back and turn it on high. I leave it on for 10-15 minutes while working. I would say it gets hot enough for me, although I believe others prefer a hotter temp.
I am committed now to warm ups and warm downs. I do think it makes a difference. Whichever method you prefer, you should do something. I think it is important for getting your tissues ready, maximizing your gains, and minimizing discoloration and/or other injuries.
