I’ve been trying jelqing many times on/off in past 12 months but it’s always the same: no gains, usually temporarily weaker erection quality and don’t feel good. Maybe 1 of 12 jelqing sessions end up on positive Pi’s. I’ve never had injury and don’t want one. I think I do good warm up, grip is light and cool down every time. I used Linear newbie routine. I still want to believe PE works for me. I think my dick just might be more sensitive than average or something.

Is there some good alternative practices? Or maybe something lighter I can do a while and get my dick use to practice, then try jelqing again. Thanks

If you’ve been doing the same thing for most of a year, you should try something else. Take a look at our videos of various PE exercises: https://free-pe nis-enlargement … ndersplace.org/ and try a few that look good to you. If you are doing your exercises right, you should feel a little tender after the end of your routine.

How do you do your warmup? I think a rice sock (old athletic sock, filled 1/2 way with uncooked rice, tied off at the end, and heated in the microwave for 100 seconds) works pretty well.

Thanks for reply. I got feeling that I try Jelq Squeeze, it look good to me and simple manual stretches. Usually I use hot water and towel in my warmup

Try a rice sock for your warmup. Get an old athletic sock, fill it up 2/3 of the way with uncooked rice, and tie off the end. Heat it up for about 100 seconds in the microwave. M-m-m-m toasty!
