Hey guys,

Just wanted to say hi and thanks to the founder of this forum. I’ve done PE exercises before, but not very constant (Maybe 3 sessions in my entire life, which is only 22 years long). It’s kind of ironic, since I lift weights twice a day, 5-6 times a week but haven’t worked on the area that should be worked on the most LOL.

Anyways, I hope I can help others out, even though I’m a newbie. I’m really into nutrition and doing research on different herbs and supplements. I’m not working for a supplement company or even close to that business, so I won’t be trying to sell anything, just honest opinions (and some facts).

Hopefully, all those that are doing PE exercises get enough protein. When you work on anything (muscles or the penis), you need proteins to build up the broken down muscle fibers/cartiledge. Even though the muscle isnt’ a penis, EVERYTHING on the body is made up of tiny amino acids, and those make up proteins.

Nah, I’m not a competitve bodybuilder. A lot of them take steroids and I don’t want to go down that road. Even though they can be pretty safe compared to some medicines, I just want to be all natural.

I was a national level heavy weight bodybuilder a few years ago. :)

I wasn’t aware IFBB required you to take steroids. :) There is that natural bodybuilding organization. Although the prize money isn’t as big.

Sounds like you work out too much. I started a thread about how often to work out per week and I think all the bodybuilders there would say you are crazy.

Current size: 7.25"x5.875" bp

Goal size: 8.75"x6" bp

I agree. The only way your body can handle that much would be when you are taking steroids.

Woa, that post wasn’t meant to be mean. I was just hoping he would check out the thread, they thought I was crazy for working out once a day 6 times a week.

And since many of those guys know more about lifting than me, I toned it down to 4 days a week.

Goal size: 8.75"x6" bp
