Anti Turtling Sleeve

I just bought a penis hanger. Is an anti turtling sleeve absolutely necessary?

I just started hanging about 3 or 4 weeks ago and I never new about anti turtling sleeves. I’ve read about how if you don’t use one it can cause your ligaments to tighten and make it harder to get gains. I just ordered an anti turtling sleeve, but how bad is it that I haven’t been using one so far? Is it a big deal?

I would do it 4 days a week each session was 10 minutes. Just decided to add that in there because I thought it was important.

Anyone know of any good anti turtling sleeves? I have a zen hanger and I bought some of there anti turtling sleeves and they kind of suck. They’re hard to get on and they just don’t work well. I bought four different sizes and most of them were too small. I was able to get the biggest one on with lube, but it was loose once it was on.

I wrap my anti turtling sleeve around a penis pump ( one that’s not too wide) lubricate & Pump .
