Hi, I’m asian, 21yo and a very little penis both erect and flaccid. My flaccid length is below 2” and 2” in girth. My erect Length is 3 1/2” and 3” in girth. Probably I have the smallest penis ever. I’m taking Pro solution pills, doing PE, I also bought Penis stretcher, I’m doing it for almost 2 months now and I don’t see any results yet. I don’t know if this is normal. I really don’t know what to do already. Can anybody help me on where I am standing right now, it seems to me that I will be stuck on my size forever. Thank you in advance for the help.

What is your routine like? Exactly. We will need this info before we can help.

You are more than likely doing too much. Tone it down a bit, then give it a month or two before adding more to your work load.

The time scale for PE can be disheartening sometimes. The gains come slowly. But if you make the effort you will see a difference over a year. Keep doing a bit of research here and try new methods as they make sense to you. When you see some improvement it will inspire you to keep going.

Two months is not much time at all in the PE world. At that point, your penis is really just getting accustomed to the exercises. I didn’t see any gains until about the 6-, 7-month mark, and even then it was minimal. Don’t get frustrated to the point where you end up doing too much, too soon. That will just set you back if you injure yourself. Some people see gains a few months in, but it’s not the norm. Give it, at the very least, 6 months; more realistically, a year.

Whatever you do don’t quit, to do PE you have to put yourself in a different mind set so to speak. What you would normally expect or desire timewise, throw it out the window. If not you will get extremely dissapointed, patience is number 1. If you change nothing, nothing will change. Stay involved here, don’t turn to a lurker, keep asking questions.

What are your routines, have you tried jelqing yet?

PE 3 days 1 day off 2 days 1 day off

Can anybody help me set up some routines about PEing.

I’m just doing 2 min warm up

A little bit of stretching

300 jelqs

A little bit of massage

Warm down

And thats it, I know it’s kinda nothing compare to you guys but maybe that’s the reason why I don’t get gains after all.

Don’t give up boknoy. Don’t ever give up. Try stretching everyday. How much is a little bit of stretching? Is that 4 hours total in a stretcher or you wear the stretcher for 4 hours a day?

I don’t see kegels anywhere??

You won’t get any results without kegels because the blood won’t be pumping to your penis no matter how much you jelq and stretch. I made 1 1/2” inch gain in length and just under 1” in girth over 3-6 months so don’t give up.
