Any change to EQ over your PE career?

Hey there,

Asking specifically to the "hard gainers" and the "vets" in this forum. Have you, throughout your career, ever experienced lessened EQ from your exercises? Were any of these side effects permanent? Did anything negative permanently change?

The reason I am asking is because sometimes I see on people’s profiles that they have gained as much as 1-3 inches, which obviously the latter end of that spectrum is just insane. I would love to experience gains like that (and am currently following the protocols outlined in this forum), but would like to know in advance if there is anything negative that I can expect down the road.

Please let me know your experience when you have a moment! My current routine consists of 15-30 minutes of pumping daily and 30 minutes of stretching using both manual and an ADS device.

My EQ is variable, which is normal considering I’m 63. EQ will drop noticeably if I put more time than usual into pumping, hanging, or ANS. Use of the heating pad while pumping - thermostatically set to 104F - will kill EQ for at least a day.

From anecdotal comments over the years, most PE’ers have some limit where their EQ will drop. I don’t remember reading if anyone has determined that gains are affected one way or another. For me, I don’t think it makes any difference.

I started PE at 20 years old now I’m 31 and my EQ is to the point sometimes I feel my dick could explode by how hard it is.

My EQ when younger was terrible compared to the present.

My EQ is variable, I don’t feel like PE has affected it at all in comparison to aging.

I can easily over do it. Which does kill my EQ. I need to really cut back on workouts on days fun times are possible. Bit me in the ass yesterday. Which I hate.

I don’t have personal experience, but I have wondered if the key to EQ is having the inside of the penis slightly more capable of swelling than the outside of the penis. This relative difference between inside and outside might create the stiffness for better EQ.

If my idea is true then it seems that jelqing would be the key to improving EQ, because it works from the inside outwards whereas pumping and stretching work from the ouside inwards?

Again, this is just something I have been wondering about. I have no experience to confirm it.
