Any good traction or ADS devices
I’m fairly new to PE. I have experienced minor gains in length over the past 2.5 months through exercises. I have also started using a PE traction device within the last 3 weeks. The device is the most popular model sold on the internet and there are many variations of the device. However, the device not only is uncomfortable but has slipped off many times. I would like to know if anyone has experience with a traction device or ADS that is comfortable and has produced positive results. I would like to find something that I could use a few hours a day while I’m not performing my exercises. Any input would be appreciated.
