Any way to put a time on this

I have been researching pe for a while now and realise that it takes hard work and dedication to achieve the gains you want and dont get me wrong i am in this for the long hall. I was just wondering if anyone had any estimates on how long it takes to achieve any considerable length of girth gains say an inch or more, cheers

There is no way to give that type of estimate. Depends on your routine, physical makeup, time available, etc. Some people make massive gains in a few months and some people makesmall gains in a couple of years. There is no way to gauge it. You just have to start working now. You may gain and 1/16, 1/8, or 1/4 of an inch per month…it just varies but all the gains add up over the long haul…just get to it!
