I always had major turtling at times, which caused me great embarrassment to be seen by anyone. I still consider myself to be a grower. But I do show much better than before PE. I rarely have a flaccid length of less than 4” now. But with an erect length of 7.5” I still think that’s a lot of “growing”. The other great benefit that I have gotten from my PE experience is a great increase in girth, both in flaccid and erect states. When I started PE I never measured flaccid girth (because it seemed so small), and I still haven’t measured flaccid. But I can tell you that it is much better now - estimating at 4.5” flaccid girth, which grows to a measured 6” erect. So I’m not sure anymore if I’m a shower or a grower - or just an improved grower. But I do know that I am never embarrassed to let it show anymore.
I know someone will ask what my routine is and I don’t know that I can give you precise steps because I change what I do from day to day. But I will give you some guidelines that I do use.
1) Heat - Nothing good happened until I started applying constant heat from the beginning to the end of my workouts. I even preheat my pump tube prior to use. I use a little space heater and apply my Olive oil lube before heating.
2) Any exercise that I do I only do for ten minutes or less, followed by ten minutes of edging. Then repeat. I believe that the exercise teaches my penis by forced means while the edging reinforces the exercise in a more natural way.
3)Manual stretching - with “bumps”. My flaccid hang really improved after I started this little maneuver. I do a normal manual stretch. Then I give a little slack and bump it back to maximum stretch 20 times in quick succession. I do advise caution that you don’t overdo this maneuver with too much force and to start small with 3 - 5 bumps to see how it feels and works for you.
