anyone ever PE'd for long time hard out and never gained???

anyone gave it blood sweat tears and not gianed even half an inche????

Why don’t you do a little more reading and you will find answers to some of these questions that you are asking. So far, they have all been asked and answered before.

I know but sometimes their are new members from other boards or members from this board that have not yet talked about their experiences..just trying to keep people talking…

wouldn’t be much fun if there was no real contact, responses you know..I like alittle chit chat…

You will find a lot of the vets will ignore your questions if they are ones that they have answered many times before. Chit chat is good, especially when it is with another that has a little background about the topic.
