I don’t remember exactly, and I doubt I lost noticeable girth during the breaks I’ve taken.

How long after pumping does the post ‘plump’ last?

the clamping sounds like the way forward. When you are clamped is there expansion beyond the non clamped measurement?

Definitely - that’s the whole point! You force more blood into your dick than it normally gets during an erection, the tissues stretch slightly and as a result new cells grow and the tissue gradually gets thicker. That’s the idea, at least. Seems to work.

5.5 inch girth would be amazing :D I wish for that MSEG. I believe the bigger girth you start out with the easier it is to gain. So starting at 5 and getting to 5.5 is harder than going from 5.5 to 6 EG.

I figured you should get expansion from clamping, I ask because I feel like the jelq is not really giving much expansion. Comes down to tecnique I guess.

I have had a week off and feeling ready to resume newbie routine. Will see if expansion feels different now I have rested.

I never started at 5.5” girth, but I went from 4.92” to 5.6” since I started PE (4th month now). I have a picture thread I started a while ago explaing how I made those gains. I am hoping to hit 6” by next year or so. I did manual exercises.


Start: 17 Feb 2012, 8.25bpel x 4.92mseg; bpfsl=??; fl=6.5x4.5

Current: 29 April 2013, 8.875bpel x 5.8mseg; bpfsl=9.25; fl=7x5

Goal: 9NBP x 6.25mseg and the best EQ ever!

I went from 5 to 5.4 EG just by doing the newbie routine

Clamping is a very intense and dangerous routine. Very. You have to be here for a long time, to think of clamping. And you must know that lots of guys here don’t clamp, even though they are here for a very long time. I do clamp because I don’t watch porn, And if I jelq I need to watch porn to get hard on. Now even if I clamp, I do not advice anyone to start clamping before 6 month of PE. You must read a lot, because this is not jelqing, where 1 mistake can cause you 2 days off PE, Clamping mistake, could get you out of PE totally.

My base girth doing the newbie routine went from between 5.25 and 5.375 up to 5.75. My mid-shaft girth however has only gone up about 0.125 inches so far. I’ve added pumping to my routine back in March, which I only did for a month, and now that I’m getting back to PE I’m doing a variation on the newbie routine plus pumping again.


Start (Oct 2010) NBPEL: 5, BPEL: 5.875 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.25 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

(November 2013) NBPEL: 5.875, BPEL: 6.625 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.625 inches, MID GIRTH: 5
