Reading and studying the DLD’s SRT program I come to the conclusion it’s DLD’s bread and butter to his PE forum survival. The thread reads like an infomercial pushing to purchase several products for 100’s of dollars. The man claimed to have invented 100’s of PE manual exercises and made PE gains doing only manual exercises that no one else seems to duplicate. He literally dumped his 5-phase PE manuals program (declining sales) and only pushes the SRT routine now. Out of the 100’s of PE exercises he invented he only uses the Basic 12 Stretch with rotaries for length and the 5x5x3 superset for girth which requires PE devices he has available for sale. His moderators are just salesmen pushing 3 basic PE devices, [Lengthmaster³, Sili-Stretcher and the Mityvac Penis Pump/Bathmate] his sells. The core of his SRT routine for PE gains is remaining elongated after each PE session by purchasing his siicone sleeves.
I asked him if he had any clinical studies for his SRT claims and he got very defensive, he posted an obvious photoshopped of himself and said, that’s all the proof I needed. On top of that he stated the photo was only 2 years old, but I seen the same photo here on Thunders Place and he hasn’t been here for 20-years. I pointed out that the image was photoshopped and proved it was, he immediately banned me and cropped the photo where I proved it was photoshopped. IMHO, the guy is a hack.
Will the SRT program work for PE gains, certainly, it’s all basic PE knowledge for making PE gains. He just packaged a couple of PE exercises together and gave it a fancy name SRT (Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition) Theory to make it more attractive because you can’t copy-right a single exercise but you can a routine/program.
