Also do I unscrew the area closest to the base to increase the length as my penis gets longer before I change rods to increase length, or should it always be screwed in all the way and the only way I should increase length is through changing rods?
I use the x4labs. By having all three sections (lines on the bars) covered, means that you’re at max tension because the tension of your penis being stretched is causing the springs to be compacted down to the lowest point.
I wear mine by attaching the noose below the glans, and the comfort strap below that. In the beginning, I recommend going for the noose only. As you add greater tension, I find that the noose and comfort straps are necessary to keep it on for any length of time at max tension. The good thing about using the noose with the comfort harness is that the ends of the noose straps can be fastened in two places, giving it extra grip.
I’ve been posting my methods and PE journal on the x4labs forum. Look for Seeker’s PE Project and Keep the Ruler Handy by Seeker (me).
Good luck.
